Nope, they're mule deer. White rumps and look at the size of those ears.

Interesting, I wasn't sure. The winter herds have gray coats and travel in large herds, 10-12. The summer deer are light brown, moms and fawns only or solo bucks, and they seem more afraid of people. Behavior and look is different in the summer.
