Command Post moving to Elk Creek 1 the rest of the units are staying at Reynolds.

Best guess this is being done so they can have their news conference.

Dropping slurry and water from Helis. On us forest service property. Crystal spires evac. No structures threatened at this time. Sparsely populated area. Went door to door no one is missing.
