Unincorporated Jeffco Fire ban change - to Stage 1

This Tweet from Jeffco reads a little confusing to me... but here goes...

Jeffcosheriffco ‏@jeffcosheriffco 44m - Fire ban in unincorp #Jeffco will be lifted at 8 a.m. on 7/12. All areas of unincorp #jeffco remain in Stage 1 Restrictions #jcso

I think they are indicating that they are lifting the Stage 2 ban and downgrading all of Unincorporated Jeffco to a Stage 1 ban.
