Update: Green Mountain Fire now 90% contained. Crews still working an active fire area. Evacuations still in place.

Team effort @ #greenmountainfire -160 firefighters, 52 apparatus - engines, brush trucks, tenders & medic units from a dozen agencies.

Thank you firefighters for the overwhelming and quick response to this blaze. Must have been miserable fighting the fire with this wind and cold.

Our investigators are asking for the public's help with a series of suspicious fires in the area around Green Mountain. The fires all occurred during November, including the latest, on Monday.
