Structure fire 4800 block Silver Spruce Ln, Evergreen

Requesting Jeffco Road & Bridge to come sand Silver Spruce due to slickness of the road.

Elk Creek Fire Engine 434 is cleared from the scene and returning to base.

EFR is in overhaul on the structure fire in the 4000 block of Silver Spruce. This is a multi level townhome; several people have been evacuated due to the smoke conditions. Fire investigators are heading to scene now.

Smoke detectors alerted many of the residents in the 4000 block of Silver Spruce to get out quickly. Unfortunately, one person died in the fire. Fire is under investigation.
