285 Tourism News & Updates, Volunteers Needed for Bailey Day

Hello Everyone!
Exciting news! Our 285 Tourism Map App is undergoing final tweaking for approval for publishing on the iTunes Store! As soon as we hear that it's live, we'll post it on our Facebook page and Twitter account - be on the lookout! http://www.facebook.com/285Tourism and http://www.twitter.com/285Tourism (Follow & Tag us too!).
For businesses in regards to the map app, if you didn't have the opportunity to get an ad on the print version, you can still place an ad on the map app. When we re-do the print map next year, we'll be selling combo ad packages, but for now, to do the app alone, we're charging a low, low rate of $5/month to place an ad ($60/1 year) and be able to submit 2 events. We also have an option of doing location-based push-notification coupons/specials to those who have downloaded the app - if you'd like to put in an offer to bring in customers, it's $5/coupon and they can go for as long or as short as you like.
Colorado Tourism Grant: as it's now grant writing time, we are adding additional meetings to our calendar in order to get that done. Our new meeting dates and times, all at the Conifer Chamber (subject to change), through July are as follows:
June 25th, 5:30-7pm
July 9th, 5:30-7pm
July 23rd, 5:30-7pm
Finally, it's event season! Our first booth will be at Bailey Day and we are in need of volunteers to staff it. Please contact Sharon or Marcel with times you are available. Thank you for helping, we couldn't do it without you!
