Platte Canyon High School football team wins Homecoming game against Vail

Platte Canyon High School football team played host to Vail Christian, Saturday Sept. 30. The Huskies beat the Saints 43-22 in their first league game, giving the Huskies their fourth win of the season. So far, the Huskies remain undefeated.

First quarter
The Huskies won the toss and got the kickoff to start the game. They started on their own 32-yard line. Colton Carson got eight yards to the 40-yard line. On the next play, the Huskies fumbled, and the Saints recovered and took over on the Huskies 43-yard line.

The Saints went 43 yards in ten plays. The Saints were the first to score, but the two- point conversion was no good. This gave the Saints a 6-0 lead.
