"She was concerned how the teacher might react to the eggs after of a meeting earlier in the week where she learned about "their abstract behavior rules."

"I went to the teacher to get her approval and she wanted to ask the administration to see if it was okay," Jessica explained. "She said that I could do it as long as I called this treat 'spring spheres.' I couldn't call them Easter eggs."

rofllol That's awesome!

There's political correctness to raise awareness, understanding, tolerance, and empathy...and then there's just plain stupidity.

"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther

The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it. ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. ~Winston Churchill

That's an awesome pic, kresspin! It would work too, IMO.

I'm so sick of this politically correct stuff surrounding the holidays - it's halloween, christmas, hannukah, passover, easter - not fall festival, winter festival and spring festival. Bah.

These pc morons need to find a hobby and leave the damn holidays alone.

It was always the women, and above all the young ones, who were the most bigoted adherents of the Party, the swallowers of slogans, the amateur spies and nosers−out of unorthodoxy

Yeah, but they won't. They feel it is their duty to force us to believe exactly as they do.

I am still trying to figure out the "politically correct thing". Wondering if that is why when I go to these meetings and tell it like it is, some folks give me that look of dismay!
