Interesting FR- Thanks for posting that..Its a good time to pick through the bones to look for some meat..I saw one in Deer Creek going for 115k that had to appraise for 300k 10 years ago..It was a little trashed, but could be put back together fairly quickly

What, another democrat tax deadbeat? They probably will hit you with a late penalty and ding your credit report. That will teach ya! Prop taxes were due 4/30. No wonder my road has so many pot holes, thanks!

If you want to be, press one. If you want not to be, press 2

Republicans are red, democrats are blue, neither of them, gives a flip about you.

I think we are seeing a slow turn, I was working w a buyer and we were outbid twice, one by more than 20k on a 150k cabin. When checking the mls on recent sales I noticed that some (not a lot) sold for more than what they were listed for. All good signs IMO.

Ah, joe...I'm going with the informed opinion here. I think you're right FR..A slow sweeping turn. It might be time to pull the trigger on some projects i've had in mind.

Thanks FR, all kidding aside, if the market is turning here thats great.

There are a only a couple properties on my street FS, and they have been sitting awhile. (Manna, wanna be my neighbor LOL :) )

My sense was that the overall national market slowed after the tax credits expired (Mortgage app statistics dropped some). But if the Colorado market is good, thats great.

Thanks for the info FR

Hey VL how were the brew pubs in LV?

I believe the credit has been extended by 3 months? And I haven't been to one yet. Weve been sitting by our private pool all morning then me and a son sit in the sportsbook all afternoon and bet all the tracks..I'm a big tipper so the drink girl has like 20 miller lites deep in the ice for us every afternoon- They are so thirst quenching- it's too hot here for heavy beers. I'm in LA now but i'm heading back to rejoin the family later today after I tie up some loose ends here. I hate weekends in Vegas anyway.
