Just wanted to cut through the weasel-wording. If you think that's stupid, it's probably because it annoys you to be asked to give a simple answer without having an opportunity to spin. Besides, it should be fairly obvious to anyone of normal intelligence that voting "no" on whether to abolish it does not preclude the possibility of retaining it with reform or improvements.
You spin it anyway you want AV. It would be like me putting up a poll that said, "My car is is not running right, should I just keep driving it or should I just sell it?" Seems like some third choice is needed here does it not?
