AP Photo Of Barack Obama's School Registration In Indonesia As Barry Soetero And As Indonesian Citizen
(UPDATED and bumped)
Topics: Political News and commentaries
This registration document, made available on Jan. 24, 2007, by the Fransiskus Assisi school in Jakarta, Indonesia, shows the registration of Barack Obama under the name Barry Soetoro into the Catholic school made by his step-father, Lolo Soetoro. The document lists Barry Soetoro as a Indonesian citizen, born on August 4, 1961 in Honolulu, and shows his Muslim step-father listed the boy's religion as Islam.(AP Photo/ Tatan Syuflana)
How many Americans know that when Obama had "his" book "The Audacity of Hope" was translated into Indonesian - the title went from "The Audacity of Hope" to "Jihad: From Jakarta To The Whitehouse" (Menerjang Harapan: Dari Jakarta Menuju Gedung Putih). The man is dishonest about his Islamic leanings.
what's your point......listing his religion as islam when he is a child does not make him a muslim now....if you were listed as a baptist when you were a child are you forever a baptist? Why do people concentrate on his step-father and not his mother who had more influence on him and probably his religion? I fail to see the relevance of what his father wrote on an application and who he is now. And before you bring up that he was an indonesian citizen.....you will note it also says he was born in Hawaii...Please read:
According to this Archer, your statement doesn't hold a lot of water. He was legally adopted in Indonesia.
Adoption changes Hawaii birth record

A report in the Hawaii Medical Journal by a health-agency manager published six years before Barack Obama’s birth indicated that an adoption in the Aloha state required a change in the child’s birth record.
When a new certificate was made, the original birth certificate was sealed in an envelope that could be opened only by court order, according to Charles G. Bennett in the 1955 report.
Bennett was identified as an official with the Bureau of Health Statistics of the Territorial Health Department before the islands were granted statehood. He continued in his role as an authority, later serving as an assistant executive officer of the Research and Planning Section, Research, Planning and Statistics Office in the Hawaii State Department of Health after statehood.
Do me a big favor and stop reading what I post. I am sick of you jumping on everything I write without reading it, thinking, or researching anything.
Was that you in King Soopers a little while ago?
You don't have blue hair.
Next, you will be calling us racists again because that is the only thing left when you can't argue with anything.
sorry nmysys....you don't get to tell me what to do....or anyone else for that matter, much as you might want to. This is not YOUR board.
nope, not me in King Soopers, I've been home all day....have you taken to accosting little old ladies in the supermarket? You really need to get over this obcession with me.
I don't believe I ever called you a racist.....but who knows, maybe I did, or maybe I just thought it. Now.....what name would you like to hurl at me today? Yesterday you were going through your entire repertory of nasty names to hurl at archer and LJ.

And I would like to see the proof that Obama's religion is listed as Islam on anything.
I have resisted the urgent temptation to rail against you for your short memory concerning this post above quoted.
You asked to see his religion listed as Islam, so I posted the reference. I am now convinced that you are totally intellectually dishonest and cannot reason in a straight line. I truly believe that the government should force you to have a lobotomy. It would improve your reasoning skills.

Where is your proof he was adopted in indonesia?
I can't believe you are bringing up the whole birther nonsense again, you conservatives are like pit bulls when you want to ram false information down people's throats.
