If you bother to actually read the decision, the Supreme Court overturned that decision based on the question of whether the group of plaintiffs constituted a class, meaning they had identical issues. It did not rule on the actual merits of the case in question, which will be allowed to go forward with thousands of individual court cases instead of one single case.

Did i miss something here? I thought it was the conservatives who have always been against Walmart and refused to shop there. Now, they're defending Walmart.
I have no loyality to Walmart- I like companies that sell their products for less than their competition.
That means I don't spend as much of my money needlessly. Any company that is cost competitive is good in my book, like I said if you don't like your Walmart job- you can get a job somewhere else instead of trying to sue for equality.
People who spend their time sueing Walmart are losers.
Labor law will determine whether the employees were short paid based on each states labor law, not some universal union mind dump. I feel a union mind dump coming on, better check to make sure there is adequate paper first. rofllol
