Actually we don't want Obama to quit. Then they might actually find a viable candidate to run. If he stays, Rick Perry and the Republicans take over the White House and Senate with ease.
Think about it. Think about all the excitement they had for Obama and his hope and change in 2008. Do you really think they will still have even half that excitement in 2012 after all he has done and the shape this country is in? Not to mention how all the promises made to the minorities tht voted for him were total lies. They have the highest unemployment in the country and the Dems controlled all 3 houses as that happened.

Rick Perry's stance against gays has all but doomed any chance of him winning a national election. It plays in Texas and to Conservatives, but not to the entire country.

Guess you really haven't read much about him. And serious? You think that ONE issue is the most important thing to voters when he can run circles around Obama with the economy? If anyone votes against a candidate based upon one social issue then they are very dangerous and uneducated voters.
How many times have you said that's just "one issue" with Perry, it won't keep him out of the White House.....well one issue, after one issue, may add up to a lot of issues....I think he's a non-starter before he even jumps into the race.
How do the tea partiers reconcile the push for smaller and less intrusive government with Perry's desire for a constitutional amendment to limit marriage to one man/one woman? isn't that increasing the role of government? Isn't that one more regulation on people?.....or is it OK to regulate people as long as the regulation bans a liberal practice in favor of a conservative practice?

I love the underestimaters. Guess you don't know much about him.
