The New Dem Slur On the TEA Party?

Really?......I don't recall using someone's misfortune to take a cheap political shot at the opposing party. Perhaps you could refresh my memory, and I will apologize.

I've given it some thought and concluded that everything I need to know about those on the left who call people names and give people labels....I learned on the grade school playground. You remember the type.

So when you see or hear slurs like this, just consider the source. You are dealing with a 4th grade mentality in an adult body.

Nothing to worry about here....except that 2/3rds of our government are run by 4th graders. :VeryScared:

Incorrect. After the Giffords shooting, President Obama said we should tone down the rhetoric and on the week of her return to Congress both the media and Democratic politicians are comparing elected Republican representatives to terrorists.

Mr. Obama is called bad words? This has been going on in politics since day one and I think Barack actually has been treated with kid gloves more than most because of his skin color, almost a reverse racism, people are worried they will be called racists if they disagree with him. Another term the Dems like to throw out when they are losing, labeling their opponents rascists or Nazi's.

Pretty sad when Gabby Giffords shows up to vote on the ceiling increase, and the Dems same day are calling Republicans terrorists. I thought Obama said we needed to tone down the rhetoric after the Tucson shooting?

You misunderstood. He meant the right should shut up. the left has license to be as rude, crude, insulting and vile as they want.

How convenient of you to skip over all the right-wing hyperbole and hateful rhetoric spewed since the shooting. Jon Stewart has it on tape -- all from Fox News -- and really nailed it the other day. The video is posted on my Facebook page.

Hoisted on your own petard much?

Just a few days ago you called me "worse than a terrorist" for not agreeing with you that there shouldn't be laws preventing people from letting their eight year olds drive farm tractors.

Archer, have you really forgotten the outcries from the left after Giffords was shot? All this hateful rhetoric that supposedly lead to the shooting (and then debunked)?

Would you not rather see your party take the high road and the Vice President not make this divide even wider? We disagree with your ideology, and unlike Obama and Bidens opinions, we are not your enemy and we are certainly not terrorists. It's wrong to call Muslims terrorists, it's also wrong to call those who want to shrink government terrorists as well.

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

The high road is a very lonely place CB.....you would never see a Republican up there.....

And no I haven't forgotten the left's rhetoric after the the Giffords shooting, nor have I forgotten the right's rhetoric BEFORE the shooting.....crosshairs? yeah, that was real friendly.

Neither side has an exclusive on nasty rhetoric, yet when the right complains about it coming from the left I have never, ever, seen them admit that their own side is not blameless.

And I can spell hypocrite, apparently some on the right can neither spell it nor understand how it applies to them.

Dem slurs on Republicans: want to starve & kill granny. Fascists, terrorists, suicide bombers & Nazi's.

GOP slurs on Dems: Socialists, communists, progressives, liberals, Marxists, & idealists.

The GOP slurs have been so effective that the Left now calls themselves progressives instead of liberals. lol

Am I missing any good slurs Republicans use against Democrats?
