The Palin bus tour is back on, scheduled to visit Iowa just in time for the Republican debate.
Palin is bringing her Constitution-draped bus to the Iowa State Fair, just 30 miles south of where the Republican presidential field will take the stage on Thursday for a presidential debate in Ames.
Palin, who had 8% support from voters, according to a poll recently posted by Viking, is not in the debate.
Along with the debate and the make-or-break straw poll, most of the Republican candidates are slated to deliver stump speeches this week at the Iowa State Fair.
Palin's re-emergence in Iowa just hours before the debate is a reminder that the 2008 GOP vice presidential nominee intends to remain part of the presidential discussion as long as possible, despite being largely dismissed by party insiders.
Or maybe Palin just hates to have the spotlight on anyone but her. Didnt she drive her bus into New England at the same time Romney was announcing for the presidency?
Maybe we can all pitch in and get Wayne a bus ticket to Iowa. He can drool over her in person!
Palin doesn't interest me much, let her speak, its a free country. We had to listen to that moron slick lawyer John Edwards last time around.
