While the regressives use their money to elect folks that will make sure the government taxes you for that purpose in the future so that they have your money to feed the poor with instead of the hundreds of thousands of dollars they don't need of their own money.

The problem here LJ is that you insist on sticking your f**king nose into the way everyone else spends their money, which is their f**king business, not yours nor the government's. I don't care, quite frankly, whether you and our executive donate the hundreds of thousands of dollars you have decided you don't need to political campaigns, college scholarship funds, food and shelter for the poor or paying down the national debt that got run up to $16 Trillion dollars with the federal government fancying itself as the central clearinghouse for the collection and distribution of the nation's charity. It is, as you pointed out, your f**king money. Why you seek to take the same rights away from others to use their f**king money as they see fit only illustrates the depth of your hypocrisy.
You conveniently forget one thing... The money that I spend is AFTER-TAX money...I've already had the taxes taken out of my money...(for unnecessary wars, unnecessary bombers and weapons systems, unnecessary pensions for congressmen and senators who still get paid after being convicted of crimes while in office, for bridges-to-nowhere in Alaska, ad nauseum... But ALSO for school lunch programs, food stamp programs for those in need, medicare and medicaid, etc.) MY disposable income, i.e., my F**king money is mine to spend AFTER I've paid for all of that... And unlike the sociopaths on this board, including PS, I'm okay with that. There's no hypocrisy on my part... The hypocrisy is those who are still whining that some of their money goes to pay for those services instead of selfishly into their own pockets while their fellow countrymen starve and do without...
