I wonder if this time it will be the boy who cried wolf?

A few years ago, Houston was warned to evacuate for a hurricane and they did, but the hurricane went elsewhere, so when the next hurricane came, many more people stayed home this time.

The latest buoy data indicates that she's gaining strenght. At this rate she'll be a major hurrican in 28 1/2 hours. I'm calculating a landfall prediction as we speak.
