Rush Did It! Made Obama Fail his promises.

President Obama didn't just find religion on deficit reduction during the debt-ceiling debate. He claimed to be making it a priority after just one month in office. Upon signing the stimulus bill, the president in February 2009 vowed to cut the deficit in half by the end of his term.
But budget numbers released by the White House last week suggest he is not on track to meet that goal -- by a long shot.
The Obama administration in early 2009 called for bringing down the deficit to about $530 billion in four years.

The latest official budget review projected the deficit would hit $1.3 trillion this year and fall to $956 billion in fiscal 2012, which ends next September. Obama's first term wouldn't be up until January 2013, but the review still forecast a $648 billion deficit for the entirety of 2013.

Rush can claim victory for recognizing that Barry over promised to too many special interests on the campaign trail and predicting that Barry's approach to the deficit and the economy would never work. If you couch it that way then yes, Rush can say "I told you so."

Gitmo is still open for business, the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are still going on, and the economy is worse than it has been in four decades. Every time Barry gets grilled for answers the fault lies with the GOP, natural disasters, and/or everyone else's fault but himself and his administration.

In the meanwhile Barry and his staff are fully engaged in getting re-elected instead of solving problems.

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.

Liberals will give Obama a pass on every lie and broken promises...smart independants on the other hand will not vote for him again based on his speeches, ability to read the prompter, or his skin pigmentation. Obama better kiss the asses of his union sheep and ramp up more BS in his speeches that will once again be broken promises or just clueless wishful thinking.

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

As long as you stick to the truth, then I have no problem with that.

It's when you pretend to mind read the loyal opposition and give the results as fact that is the problem.

"Liberals will give Obama a pass on every lie and broken promises..." is not the truth. It's your opinion.
