Diebold makes ATM machines too. Why is it that an ATM machine is virtually hackproof, but a voting machine can be hacked with $26 in parts and an 8th grade education?

by attaching what they call a piece of "alien electronics" into the machine's circuit board

It is being shown that elections can be hacked and nobody really seems to care. I'm thinking we've already lost our republic due to the apathy of idiots.

Hey, if hiring a bunch of "plumbers" to break into the Democratic Headquarters at the Watergate was OK, what's the big deal about hacking voting machines to steal an election?
