First of all, I have no problem blowing up that scumbag.
I am curious of the constitutionality of it, though. Prehaps one of the constitution experts here could comment?
Assuming he was still a US citizen, I assume he was denied due process by being blown up?
I know you can renounce your citizenship, but not sure how it's done. Do you fill out a form?
Is there anyway the federal government can take away your citizenship? If you are an enemy (or traitor) of the US, can the feds renounce your citizenship?
Back in the day, they had the "wanted dead or alive" posters. I wonder if those could be posted anytime (I think so), or only after the person had been convicted?
Just wondering about this. Again, I'm glad he got splattered, but I'd like to know if it can be legally done without violating the constitution.
If you are outside of the US, you can still be a citizen RT. This guy, IMO, gave up his citizenship when he called for violence against the US. That is high treason and should have stripped him of his citizenship rights.

Yes, I can travel all over the world as a US citizen - but I cannot expect the U.S. Constitution to protect me in every country...because it doesn't.
This knucklehead, who studied at CSU, earned and deserved his fate.
That's true, but the US Government still has to treat you as a citizen even when you are abroad. The ACLU in this case is looking out for the rights of American citizens. I think the government acted correctly, but it is a question that should be asked - slippery slope and all that.

I can't believe the 285 Bound left is going bonkers that this happen on Obama's watch.

If this had happen under Bush administration, the left would have had keyboard aneurysms. Since it was under King Obama and his hope and change program...it's all good.
