Good for them!

"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther

The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it. ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. ~Winston Churchill

Even most thieves are better than child molesters.

Two burglars looking for blank CDs in California instead found a man’s child pornography stash and turned him in, Fox40 Sacramento reported Wednesday.

One juvenile and a 19-year-old broke into Kraig Stockard barn in Delhi, Calif., on Sept. 12 and stole 50 CD-Rs, which Stockard later reported stolen.

"I'm kind of surprised that he wanted to draw attention to himself, knowing what was taken," Deputy Tom McKenzie of the Merced County Sheriff's Department told Fox40.

It is funny he called the police. It would have been smarter to leave town.

The burglars should ask for a memory wipe after viewing that kiddie porn. Or maybe that is a good sentence? Having those horrible images burned into their minds.

I'm not one who would normally give a pair of burglars a free pass for theft, in this case I think the lesser of two evils can be excused. Hopefully the owner of the collection, who was so dumb that he reported the theft, will get a nice long prison sentence "tragically" cut short by some sort of "accident" witnessed by fellow inmates that don't cotton to perverts that get off on kiddie porn.

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.

Maybe the burglars will turn over a new leaf and become Crime Fighters.

You can't un-see that kind of imagery, that might have been punishment enough. I'd like to think that all of the good guys win in this case, the pervert goes to prison, and the burglars are now known to local law enforcement for what they are. When the next burglary goes down guess which kids are going to get a visit?

Given the nature of the story, I agree with you.
