Let's create a national lottery to pay for poor people's food....they are the only people who play the lottery anyway.

Beware the law of unintended consequences......forging ahead with a 9,9,9, solution to a country with as complex a population as the US has, could be catastrophic. Same with a flat tax, or a VAT ......

I say we give every poor person in America (i.e. household income under 30K) a free EBT card for groceries. We load it up each month with $ 500 and it's paid for by a national lottery. They can use the EBT card to buy lottery tickets, beer, wine, steaks, soda, condoms, tampons, deodorant, mmj, milk, eggs, and cereal.

In addition, we give them $ 5 in points for every $ 1 spent...they can use these points for free vacations or for a new home.
