I put it on imageplay.net. I got this one from an email and there was no source in this case. But when I have one I post the source. If you can find a site with it, great send it to me. The owner of your pic found you and us and told us they did not want the pic posted. I researched Snopes and other sources and could not find whether it was true or not so I posted a second pic to show it may or may not be true. So, if you have any question contact SC or the mods.
Either way - Barrack or no, it is a cute picture. And it certainly looks like it is from the 60s - her hair style and the blouse.
I just remembered that they lived in Hawaii (and I assumed the pic was for Halloween) and was wondering why she was wearing shorts at first! I guess I'm just used to snowy/cold Halloweens.
