If you don't believe in taking care of soldiers cradle to grave, you're called unpatriotic.

If you never served, you're called unpatriotic.

If you don't hold conservative views, you're called unpatriotic.

If you believe the above is anything but a fringe, you are delusional.

vl, as much as i pretty much agree with homeland security being somewhat worthless here in Colorado, your other comment is about where most of the taxes go is wrong again. The debt that we have is not from military debt, or veterans benefits, for the the military. We do have a share but not the majority

Is this really what we want to do with any of our money? Taking care of soldiers cradle to grave, 2 illegal wars costing 2 billion a week for what, 520 weeks now? C'mon, all i'm asking for is a little common sense here. Lets educate our children, and invest some of our money here and in us for a change.

I don't have a problem with educating our children, investing more of our money in America, but it is not all the military's fault that is damn sure. And there is no taking care of soldiers cradle to grave either. Matter of facts the fact show just the opposite. thousands of our military men and women are not getting the benefits they earned and sure as hell not the medical care they should have gotten after being injured in the wars

and you left out one item, if you don't agree with democrats and believe illegals should be allowed here without a problem, and should allow welfare for those illegals along with free health care for everyone, then you are called unpatriotic

Yes asshat congress and such is taken care of, but those that serve must fight to get noticed.

Politicians should get minimum wage and pay for their own insurance.

what really pisses me off, is that it always the Military's fault for everything that happens in this country. Now Congress wants the Veterans and those serving to pay for the screw ups of Congress and the President. Why cause its the military's fault that we have huge debt due to over spending, cause its the military's fault cause we allow illegals to overtax our various systems, cause its the military's fault cause we in Congress don't know how to balance the budget, or pass a balanced budget, or to pass laws that will help the country, cause it is the military's fault that we went to war, cause it is the military's fault that congress and the president gave away billions of dollars to large corporations that just wasted it and one if went under and they still wanted to give it more money

IT IS NOT THE MILITARY'S FAULT FOR ANY OF THIS BULLSH**, WE FALL UNDER A CIVILIAN AUTHORITY, IMAGINE THAT, We join the military, sign a contract and the only thing that America wants to do is break the contract, but if we were union, they would be crying and whining and making threats etc.

Sorry SC, but I have had it with this BS. Might want to move it to the ring

I would LOVE to see a law passed that removes the special perks for Congress.

Maybe if they were forced to live under the same system as the rest of the country, they'd think twice about screwing with SS and health care reform.
