I always get very discouraged hunting Elk in the fall without snow walking through forests where dead Aspen leaves sound like candy wrappers in a movie theatre. I am going after Thanksgiving.
But that seems to be the big question, man-made or natural? Some evidence pointing to man-made, 7 freaking billion people consuming more energy and polluting more than ever before.
But use the same evidence to deny man-made involvement, with population growing in geometric fashion, more fossil fuels being consumed than ever before and a record amount of urbanization, why haven't temp levels expanded at the same rate?
Mexico City is the largest, most polluted city, it exists in a bowl, yet you aren't seeing daily new heat records. It would be a perfect example of what the global warming people beleive is happening to the Earth.

Doesn't woman contribute too? I just find that very sexist. LOL
There also was another recent thread on this in case you missed it.

If you want to be, press one. If you want not to be, press 2
Republicans are red, democrats are blue, neither of them, gives a flip about you.

1. there is global warming.

Now the degree of mans contribution is what is up for debate.
Man contributes to CO2 emission is agreed.
But what is really up for debate is what underpins global warming and cooling cycles. Is it Sun spot activity, Sunspot activity combined with the Earths elliptical orbit, etc. The real driving force behind global warming is not understood. For matters of where the science stands on CO2, read <!-- l --><a class="postlink-local" href="

Hey birdbrains..Do this- Put your car in the garage, start it and close the garage door- You'll be dead in 12 minutes. Now think about this- I'm closer to outer space than I am King Soopers. Our atmosphere is about as thick as gold plating on cheap jewelry. It's not like the ocean, there isn't that much of it and when you think about all the cars on earth how can anyone with a brain not think that "man" contributes?

"Well, i don't know"
CLUELESS!
Since you think global warming is coming and the Broncos were going to lose last week, I am going to stock up on wood pellets and snow tires. The world is bound to have another Ice Age. VL, are you also the guy who predicts the end of the Earth?
