On saturday move your money out of the big banks and put it in a small local bank. And if you have a Bank of America, AMEX, Chase etc..etc..etc.. card...Don't pay it. Stop paying, save the money and settle with them for 10 to 20 cents on the dollar in about a year and a half.

Yeah uh huh.

As you recall I said it to PC but they never listened then again on the other site with our friend in PV.
Anyway glad you are finally coming around, now you just need to open an offshore account that pays 10% on your deposits.

Hey I am plowing tomorrow.

I have had my money in the same accounts for going on 22 years now yes, they are bigger banks but they have treated us very well.

In one case my sisters check bounced because she closed her Xmas account before we deposited the check. They waved all the fees as did her bank and we didn't even have to beg them to do it when we called them they were the ones that said they would remove the fees.

I will not be moving my money as I feel this is just like what they do when they say do not buy gas on a specific day it does little good and is a pain in the butt.

Loyalty to a bank is also a good thing and in the years we have had the account we never had our check or anyone elses bounce. Py checks are auto-deposited so the debit fees and such at least for us do not ever get charged.

Honestly..I remember telling everyone to stop paying their credit cards and you agreed..I don't know how long you were thinking it, but that was the first I heard of it. I'll give you the benifit of the doubt, but you by no means put the thought in my head

Now what would be really cool is to move the money you have invested in wall street via 401ks and the like to local businesses and help them grow and provide real return the community, like local jobs and better services.
