I have been looking and I can't find what he has done for work since he was asked to step down from Godfather's in 1999. I know he has done public speaking, but what work has he done in the last 12 years? Just curious as I can't find it.

Cain left Godfather's Pizza in 1996 and moved to Washington, D.C., to become CEO of the National Restaurant Association, a trade group and lobbying organization for the restaurant industry, on whose board of directors he had previously served. Cain's lobbying work for the Association led to a number of connections to Republican lawmakers and politicians.
Cain was on the board of directors of Aquila, Inc. from 1992 to 2008, and also served as a board member for Nabisco, Whirlpool, Reader's Digest, and AGCO, Inc.
After Cain's term with the restaurant advocacy group ended In 1999.

Yes he ran for President and dropped out and then for Senate and lost. Not a great track record there either. But how does being a radio show host prove that he can run a country or any type of government?
You would think running a poltical radio talk show would have brought Herman up to speed on some of the foreign afffair issues he has shown ignorance on.

Viking, I do not get the impression that you are curious about the appeal of Cain, but, rather, want an opportunity to try and trash him. You have posted many times your opinion of his tax plan, experience, etc. Nothing I can offer will be viewed with reason, but will only provide fodder for your rants against him.
In addition, trying to trash Cain will not promote Perry. Perry has presented his own problems, unconnected to Cain.

No, it is a serious question that NO Cain supporter can answer. No one has a valid reason why they support him and no one even wants to try. I guess there aren't any? If there are, please tell us!
