BACKTRACK! Here's an update on the controversy. I think we're good to go, as long as the golden rules are followed, such as not leaving trash and spent shells everywhere, destroying the landscape, and shooting in all directions like a bunch of horses asses, just to name a few. JMHO as an avid gun enthusiast and hunter.

I'm not up on this matter, but for what has been posted here. The previous wording in the quote of the regulations is such that their interpretation can be exclusionary. If your bullet creates a furrow in the ground, you have disturbed the landscape, i.e. it's against regulation, etc. etc. That's what I see in it and the fact you will always find a zealot who will cling to such an interpretation willingly for whatever reasons motivates them.
