Bravo!! for Canada. Why reward developing countries at the expense of developed countries? Makes no sense. Commerce would simply flee the developed countries and bellow smoke into the air from Peru.

rofllol rofllol 11 AIRPORTS? They must have imported a whole bunch of sand to fill in a whole bunch of ocean since I was there. Back in the early 80's it was not much more than a bunch of sand spits occupied by tourist traps connected by a bunch of jeepney boat shuttles.
