No society in history has imprisoned as many people as The United States. 4 million Americans are in prisons 1.5 million more than in communist China, which has a 1.5 billion population.
:thumbsup: Because our justice system is more effective at locking up the bad guys? And there is a way to stay out of jail, stop committing crimes!
