Blind? Just because you don't like the numbers, they are suddenly "opinions." Just like when you don't like someone's comments you claim that it's not "hard issues" So... Viking makes the decisions if data is opinions (even when they are hard facts) and Viking will be the final arbitrator when a subject is a hard issue. Do you work for the Russians?
