Even the media thinks Romney and Obama are the same.

I'm just pointing out the hypocrisy of your posts.

You do realize you are making no sense what so ever right? Comparing apples to oranges. Heck not even that close. I was just posting a major screw up that FOX made and you are really trying to spin it back to Perry and the issues? Any other 'rational' person would discuss the topic and what FOX did.

Really? You don't see that this is a mistake - a gaffe, if you will - that Fox made? You do remember that just a few days ago, you chastised others for focusing on gaffes made by politicians, rather than "the issues?" Remember?

I'm just pointing this out to you, because it's usually called "hypocrisy" when someone says to do one thing and then does the exact opposite. Sorry that you don't see that truth.

THAT IS BY THE POLITICIANS!!! OMG YOU ARE SLOW!!! I don't care what gaffes the politicians make and don't discuss them. I want to go by their records. This is about a TV station. Sorry, you just will never get it!

Viking, I'm still curious as to why you think Bennett is "clueless" for submitting a policy that helps illegals get an education so they can get a better job and not become a drain on our system, but a good idea when endorsed by Perry? Isn't that hypocrisy?

All for it. If students were brought there without their say and went to school for 3 years or more like Perry says, and have the grades to go to college and wants to stay in Texas, then there are two choices. They still have to pay tuition. It can be in state which is where they graduated high school from like all the other in state residents. They get a college degree and since we as a nation are not going to throw them out of the country, they become productive tax paying people in America. Or they make them pay out of state which most will not be able to afford and they go down a bad road financially and then we have to support them on welfare. I am totally AGAINST illegal immigration! BUT I am just as much against turning this nation into more of a welfare nation.

And on top of that Perry is as we speak still trying to get a bill pushed through his state that closes sancuary cities like Houston and to a lesser extent Austin. It makes everyone e-verify so we know if they are a citizen to get work. And it fights to put more boots on the ground and close our borders!

Did Perry offer them green cards and amnesty? You are seriously comparing the two?

Did Bennet? No, not according to almost all of the sources I found, so yes, I am comparing the two. The green cards are for foreign college students who are legally here on student visas and the undocumented students get student visas to attend college only. There is no amnesty offered to undocumented students beyond that that I've read about (except in one of several sources, so there is a discrepancy that needs to be resolved concerning that one point - all of the stories on this are based on information imparted by Bennet's staffers, the bill hasn't been published yet so that us peons can read it for ourselves). Since this is off-topic in this thread, and specifically addressed in another , I'm going to post the information I've found there so as to reduce confusion and duplication.

"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther
