I have an engine hoist for sale.

Good. The lawyers for the obese can use that to lift all the money they'll get in their lawsuits.

These lift contraptions look flimsy too me. Probably an accident waiting to happen with kids playing on them, diving off them into the pool, pinching themselves between moving parts. Trail lawyers will probably have a field day.

Hopefully they will be key operated and locked up.

I would expect alot of low budget motels will just close their pools.

Cheaper to put in a slide and just push the person down, use the Hook to pull em out.

The greater good? Would it be better for the 99% of pool users to have the pool open an extra day, or buy an expensive dangerous contraption that may not even be necessary. But the Left will proclaim, we can do both, our kids will pay for it.
