You're also free to act like a jerk... a freedom you take advantage of 100% of the time.

And you have taken it upon yourself to mirror that from the conservative angle 100% of the time.

Congratulations - you succeeded.

LadyJazzer wrote: And, last I heard, I was free to believe--or NOT believe--what I wish...and that's guaranteed by the First Amendment.

(...or is that one of the ones that the wacko "sovereign citizens" want to repeal?)

Indeed you are, and the Congress, according to that same amendment, isn't allowed to pass any laws which abridge that freedom such as requiring you to pay for access to elective health care services which lie in direct opposition to your chosen beliefs. The "wackos" don't want it repealed, they want it enforced instead of ignored. I know, the idea of enforcing the Constitution is anathema to the "progressive" mind, but that's what the "wackos" want done.

Precisely... I am a mirror into the soul of Lady Jazzer (using soul metaphorically)... and it stinks in there.

If a few thousand US citizens want to peaceably assemble in a public space for what ever purpose they choose, they have that right and it is guaranteed by the Constitution. It doesn't mean that I have to agree with them be it the atheists, OWS, or Illinois Nazis.

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.
