Nearly 60 percent of American voters say they lack faith in President Barack Obama, according to a public opinion poll published on Tuesday.
Confidence in Obama is at a new low but the poll found that his numbers are still higher than lawmakers of either major party four months ahead of the November congressional elections.
There is a disconnect. People like Obama, they just don't think he knows how to fix things. Clinton was also liked as a lovable rogue, but people disagreed with his policies and elected Repubs.
Thomas Sowell: There are no solutions, just trade-offs.
I think the majority of Americans lack faith in politicians in general. There was NO way Obama could swing the pendulum as far to the left as he wants to offset how far to the right it was. But where we need to be is somewhere in the middle....
It is REAL scary to think that only 15-20% of us trust those entrusted with leading our country. So when election time comes around and you get to pick between politican 1 (who you don't trust) and politician 2 (who you don't trust) it's a lose/lose situation.
Can America EVER put forward a candidate who the people trust?
I really have no comment, never had any faith in the rookie "community organizer" that just gives great speeches about hope and change. Glad the rest of the country is waking up on year 2.
If you want to be, press one. If you want not to be, press 2
Republicans are red, democrats are blue, neither of them, gives a flip about you.
Most American's have pulled out their Barack BS Bingo card ...and have figured out that his Admin and Congress are Frauds. Congress is both D and R.
Americans in the past elected individuals that oozed success ....even Clinton was a success story. Barack was a marketable product - that's it - like a box of cereal.

I guess I meant to say I have not changed my opinion, it was the same 2 years ago before the election. No worries though, the Gov't will tweak some economic statistics soon that will change the polls by Nov.

I hate Obama because he's a complete sell out..He's a republican. He's giving all our money to private banks and insurance companies. he hasn't cut corporate welfare, AKA the ridiculous defense budget, he hasn't restored our freedoms the republicans took- he hasn't really done anything that he was elected to do.
