Perhaps these people are just smart enough to realize how jobs are created in the first place...and it's not government doing the creating.

Yep...you are one of those who has bought the lie...thanks for being an excellent example of my post.

A lie huh? So when it comes to "creating" jobs, how does the government do that exactly? And I'm talking about jobs that don't cost the taxpayer hundreds of thousands each.

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

Just how is the middle class getting screwed (I assume you are talking about the topic; federal taxes?)?

If you look at the Tax Policy Center data I posted the middle 20% of income earners only average about an effective 3% paid in federal income tax. The lowest 20% get 7% given to them as a gift. That's getting screwed?

Yes, they pay Social Security and Medicare on top of that, but even there they on average will spend less then what they will get back in benefits.

Rather than say the middle class is getting screwed I'm thinking you'd rather mean to say the rich should pay more?

And I showed the rich are paying more. But there is a special class of the very rich with includes people like Romney, Soros, and Buffett (a few hundred hedge fund managers) who benefit by having much of their income come from carried interest which is taxed as capital gains. Perhaps carried interest should be taxed at a higher rate? I don't know if Obama has proposed that.
