It's like... i don't know... something the voters should have been told maybe?

Where is it required to disclose that she is a citizen of another country? The issue is her US citizenship- and she was born here, unlike Obama- she has shown her US birth certificate.

This is a non-issue because her US citizenship is not - and has not ever been in question- unlike our current president.

Ifyou are so concerned about citizenship- why do you not care about Obama's questionable status?

As a citizen of the UKC who was born in Kenya, Obama’s father automatically received Kenyan citizenship via subsection (1). So given that Obama qualified for citizen of the UKC status at birth and given that Obama’s father became a Kenyan citizen via subsection (1), it follows that Obama did in fact have Kenyan citizenship after 1963.

Did Obama disclose that he was a citizen of Kenya?

Um, maybe because he lost his Kenyan citizenship when he turned 21?

And yes, he DID disclose he was a dual citizen. It's on his website FightTheSmears.com.

“When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4,1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdom’s dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.‘s children.

Since Sen. Obama has neither renounced his U.S. citizenship nor sworn an oath of allegiance to Kenya, his Kenyan citizenship automatically expired on Aug. 4,1982.”

Ooopsie... Don't you hate it when facts get in the way of a good neo-con jab...

I never heard him say he was a citizen of Kenya.

I don't care if it expired- he was a dual citizen.

Now Michele Bachmann Flip-Flops on Being a Swiss Citizen?
http://globalspin.blogs.time.com/2012/05/11/why-did-michele-bachmann-flip-flop-on-being-a-swiss-citizen/

On Friday morning, however, Bachmann, who is running for re-election in Minnesota’s 6th Congressional district, had a change of heart. She announced on her website that she had sent a letter to the Swiss Consulate requesting the withdrawal of her newly acquired citizenship. “I am, and always have been, 100% committed to the United States,” she stated. What she failed to mention was why she hadn’t considered her rock-solid allegiance to the U.S. before applying for naturalization in a foreign country.
