When you fail, does it really matter if you fail with a score of 25% or a score of 30%? Now, I will admit that 30% is a better score than 25%, but does 5% really qualify as a "significant" difference in how badly they both failed?
Looks like most news consumers aren't doing a good job of retaining the info. Require tests after every hour? Was it Libya or Canada that revolted and killed their dictator last year?
