After further review and after consulting with my sources within the Chimney Cleaning industry I feel I have to say that the Neptune Chimney cleaning service does a good job overall and comes highly recomended by people that have actually used the service.

No...If you must know I just thought I owed it to Neptune to do a little reasearch on the company, its only fair. I wouldn't have done that before my life changing trip to Africa that I just got back from. Before I would have just stubbornly stood by my original assesment of the company.
