I don't think so. The people (all of us) being lied to live here. We do not need a commercial to tell us the state of the economy or what progress the administration has made. Look to Wisconsin. No amount of spin will change that. It's over.

Huh? what does the recall results in Wisconsin have to do with the presidential election. Do you think voters will like Mitt Romney better because Walker won? Sorry....the logic just isn't there. Has the win in Wisconsin stopped Romney ads from lying, or Obama ads from lying. Really......Wisconsin was not the cure all for Republicans.....I suspect they will be getting down and dirty this election just like every other election. Same ol', same ol'. It ain't over till it's over.

I think Wisconsin was a bell weather. No, I do not think anyone will like Romney better because Walker won. In fact, I do not think anyone likes Romney at all. Again, Wisconsin was not a cure all it was a precursor. I believe that after 3.5 years of progress leadership Americans have woken up and are saying no way. I think your world view is done for a generation.

We should know in November.

That is what they said about Democrats after Bush was elected, then they said that about Republicans after Obama was elected. I seriously doubt that the pendulum will ever swing one way for a generation, not with the 24/7 news cycle telling people what they think they need to know. One thing I have learned over the years is that voters are fickle, and will turn on a dime. Yes we have our hard core right and left, but there is a large block of voters that just don't seem to fit into either side very well.

Lady Jazzer wrote: Come January, Walker's recall is surely next.
The polls are already showing the severe case of "buyers regret" that the electorate has for Walker and his cronies... I agree...an "adjustment" is coming
Tell me, Gov Walker, how's that approval-rating working out for ya?
And I hope Walker has a plan about what he'd like to do when he's thrown out of office.
And look for Walker to be recalled in January... Wisconsin is going to be the poster-child for "How to take back your state from the right-wing fringe."
... and Walker has a 60% disapproval rating.
And there's the looming Walker recall election in January.... Jus' keep doin' what yer doin'......
Yo-ho-ho, and Scott Walker is next.
Yeah, it would have been even worse for Walker if what he was doing would have actually had any real effect on the budget
As Scott Walker found out... But he'll be out after January...
"Turn out the lights...The party's over..."
Not counting Scott Walker, who at this point, is toast
Sorry, Poopsie, you're going down...
Maybe she could go to work for the "Friends of Scott Walker"...I hear they could use some help on the telephone banks
I don't think it's over. But I DO think that the political dirty tricks that will be used to suppress the votes of the recall campaign, and put in phony election judges, and steal the election are just really getting started...
Walker's numbers have gone DOWN 2%... Good!
I hope Walker didn't spend too much on new drapes for the Governor's office....
That's why Walker is about to be recalled in Wisconsin

It will be interesting to see. The republican establishment "brand" was pretty bad at the end of Bush's term. Obama came in as a promised savior, and has not done anything he promised. In the meantime, his utter lack of leadership has allowed our country to go way downhill...faster and faster. The Tea Party began in 2009 to chip away at the old republican establishment, who believed, as do the democrats, that being in office and the perks that go with it are more important than being a leader. We still have some of the old guard...but they aren't our leaders. The young conservatives are actually showing leadership now (Rubio, Ryan, etc). The republicans needed a good drubbing to show the old school wasn't any good any longer. The democrats need a good one too. Maybe there can be some true leaders come up in the democrat party to cleanse your worthless politicians as we are trying to do.

Gonna be an interesting year. If Obama does win (and I don't doubt the power of the mainstream media to do all they can to achieve this), we are in for a VERY rocky 4 more years. I think if Romney picks one of our young leaders for VP...it is gonna be a very tough race, with Romney winning.

Too bad future generations aren't here to see all the great things we are spending their $$ on!!
