I believe that there is so little in the way of accomplishments for the current incumbent to make a compelling argument on why he should be reelected that he and his supporters feel his only hope is that "I'm not Bush" will work as well in 2012 as it did in 2008.

I don't believe, I KNOW the economy sucks and our president was elected with ZERO relevant experience to make the right decisions to fix it. I do believe this is worse:

After reading the conservative posts here for the last couple years....the only thing they seem to believe in is their irrational hatred of Obama. Pretty sad actually. It started long before he even had a record they could twist into a reason for their hatred.

After reading many years of your broad brush assumptions, I've come to realize that you really don't realize how foolish you look. I don't dislike the president at all, but I despise his ideology and think it will be our downfall if he gets another term. Why does that make me or anyone else a hater as you claim. You probably also believe, like LJ, that if a white guy like me doesn't vote for a black guy like Obama, that I must be a racist. Either way, you are wrong and you should TRY to understand that when you paint conservatives with your big fat liberal brush, that it's the same tactic racists use.
You can't possibly know what's in the hearts and minds of almost half the population of this country... but if you really believe you know, you need to get out more and meet conservatives like me in the real world, I think you will be surprised.
