I thought ACA was constitutional, but believed political judges would shut down the mandate/tax. So I was only 1/2 wrong.

Say what we may....I think the pundits are right about one thing. ObamaCare WILL get one more look in November and then we will really know the will of the people.

If the people reelect President Obama....even if that is by a slim margin....then clearly ObamaCare will be the law of the land for the near-term. However, if the people decide to replace Obama then that's a message too.

Guess it's a matter of whether or not the people think it's a good idea to increase taxes during a recession. I didn't think it was a tax either until Chief Justice Roberts defined it for me. Turns out, some on both sides of the discussion have been calling it a "tax" for a long time.

The election will come down to the economy and the healthcare bill. The way America votes will tell me volumes about where we are heading as a nation.
