We have seen how trickle up poverty is working for the last three and a half plus years:
I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.
"Any man who thinks he can be happy and prosperous by letting the Government take care of him; better take a closer look at the American Indian." - Henry Ford
Corruptissima re publica plurimae leges; When the Republic is at its most corrupt the laws are most numerous. - Publius Cornelius Tacitus

Each month that the economy produces fewer jobs than are needed just to keep pace with population growth adds to the burden the president faces as the clock ticks toward November.

You are always stating this but you never seem to back it up. Look at Obama, he claims to be for the 99% but unemployment continues to stay sky high and the 1%r's are making more money and keeping more wealth. Is he a trickle down guy too? Real wealth has fallen for most people, especially for minorities, is Barack just a wolf in sheep's clothing? The Covert trickle down guy?

Here is the backup for the last 32+ years... Obviously, you don't bother to read what's posted.
Yes, real wealth has fallen because the Bush tax-cuts, and the GOP policies for the last 12 years made sure the top 1% made out like bandits while the lower 99% got screwed.
Forget about trickle down economics, its a stupid term anyway. Never bought into it myself.
Its about expanding the pie, growing the economy and more opportunity. It's up to you to go out and earn it, not wait for your silly trickle down. Works for me, and I am not a 1%-er or even close. Don't even care about being a 1%-er

Republicans are red, democrats are blue, neither of them, gives a flip about you.
The Statists would rather have "Trickle-Down Government" managing the economy based upon its ability to generate high political profits. Top-down paradigms are always bad from their point of view - unless, of course, you are talking about governing from the top-down. That is something they are 100% in favor of.
I would say the Republicans should take the President up on the middle class tax cut and let the taxes increase on the wealthy and small businesses after 1 January. Then maybe we can settle this arguement about what sort of economic model is going to pull our nation out of the funk.
I DO know the middle class is getting KILLED under current conditions and will suffer dearly under a tax increase.
Maybe people are finally figuring out that the president has very little to do with the state of the economy and no one person can effect that much change...
"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther
The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it. ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. ~Winston Churchill

Good point. There is so much the Presdient has no control over, but we have seen very little recovery for the past three years so I think people will be wanting to replace the signal caller.
