Another Lackluster Economic Report: Dip to 1.5% Growth

That isn't enough to improve unemployment.

And I think this will be the last report before the election. Obama is about to spend billions to pump up the economy to try to improve it, but I think once again it is doomed to failure.

That's funny, I didn't get that from his post. You liberals are such excellent mind readers.

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

What's more interesting is that you liberals don't find these economic indicators problematic. You're first response to this topic is not a response to this topic. Remember... you're on this boat too... and I know liberals sink as fast as conservatives. Smarten up.

Some of these people are so sure that we want a new president for any reason other than to get someone more compitent, who has a better grasp on economics. I'm trying to start a new business and all I want if for this economy to turn around, otherwise I'm going to have a rough go of it. But in the mind's of some of these brain-dead liberals, I want Obama gone because his skin is darker than mine. Mind boggling.

It's terrible the economy is taking so long to recover but I know it took 8 years to get here so it's not going to be a short-term recovery. What I worry about are forces outside the U.S. that can send our economy into another tailspin.

So do you think Obama's efforts to fix this economy are doing any good at all?

Let's compare Clinton to Barack: when Clinton lost the midterms and faced a Republican congress, he worked with them to balance the budget and get the economy growing again.

What does Obama do? He goes on tour and speaks to his adoring fans.

Still blaming Bush? Reagan got Carter's malaise turned around in 3 years. Obama is still in a death spiral.

The housing/credit crash would have happened under any president in the last eight years... it was inevitable because nobody on either side saw or did anything about the signs.

Still on the "blame Bush" soapbox. Forget it. It's not working for Obama anymore and you're certainly not convincing anyone.
