What our tax dollars pay for

Since the original graph just said spending, not only federal spending or anything, it would be okay to include all spending for schools in the nation. Since taxpayers are paying at every level, and actually due to the current progressive tax system, more Americans pay school property taxes than pay for military.

Ok Fred..So you desperatly want that tank that the military doesn't even want and you love a jobs program that creates nothing we need and doesn't improve the quality of life of anyone.. They are stealing our money and they are only getting away with it because you're so ignorant- FOX News has you choosing weapon production over human beings..You'd rather have another Aircraft Carrier than educate OUR people, you'd rather have another long range bomber than safe roads, bridges, jobs in OUR community and basic healthcare for OUR people............ in OUR community. I'm all for ridiculously bloated jobs programs but lets put the money where WE can get the most bang for OUR buck. The cold war is over my friends..

Actually I am for cuts in the military, especially weapons programs like the new fighters.
The US tech level is so high in military planes compared to the rest of the world, besides the new weapon is drones. Fighter are to drones like battleships were to aircraft carriers.

But I am against bad graphs that openly lie.

They don't lie..They even have The CIA, NSA, DEA, FBI, ATF, TSA, and Homeland security under Government services..Thats defense as far as i'm concerened
