Only because he is rich, not because of his actions or demeanor. I watched plenty of Gilligan when I was a kid...there is no comparison other than money and nobody bitched about the Kerrys or the Kennedys money.

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

If we have to use Gilligan's island characters to compare with, Romney to Thurston Howell makes some sense.

But Obama and the Professor? At least the Professor could produce some transcripts! lol

But kidding aside, everyone on Gilligan's island was lost, and had no clue how to fix anything. Everything they tried failed. OK, maybe that is the best comparison. :faint:

How so? I guess I don't know Thurston Howell's business background, or how he got all his money (maybe I missed that episode!), but Romney earned his. I've also never heard him call his wife "Lovey"

Too bad future generations aren't here to see all the great things we are spending their $$ on!!

"I like to fire people" "I have friends are are Nascar owners." "My wife drives several Cadillacs" but mostly because of the "car elevator" for one of his homes.

VL dated that Ginger chick from Gilligan's Island once. It's all documented here somewhere.

Mods you can close the thread now.
