Let's see, the actual editorial is about how Obama doesn't like Romney, not who is more liberal? Seems like you are the one spinning from the actual article.

The editorial touchs on that Obama is upset, because Romney is the moderate politician America wanted in 2008 but they elected by accident, a hard core leftist who doesn't have the experience nor the talent to put the country back on the road.
