Wow, TWICE as much as Bush's 22% just before he left office. Bush's final approval rating was the lowest final rating for an outgoing president since Gallup began asking about presidential approval more than 70 years ago.

Obama? Worst recovery from a recession since the Great Depression. Somehow every other president was able to get this country going except Barack. A man without a plan or ability to fix America.
