Need conservatives to explain to me

I was of the opinion that Romney/Ryan were against federal spending, i.e., stimulus, to revive the economy, and against using taxpayer funds, i.e., the auto bailout, TARP, to prop up private companies (let them go bankrupt). Is that the case?

Is that not part of the conservative mantra? I mean the government does not create jobs, right?

Even if we explain it to you Dog, we won't be able to understand it for you. That much is very clear at this point.

So you are unable to articulate the conservative standards in regard to the role of government in creating jobs or propping up companies. thought so.

On other words PrintSmith can't figure out a reasonable explanation for Ryan to bash the stimulus and federal spending while having been a participant in both.

Yeah, when you can't answer the simple question, that's always a good fall-back....

Republicans aspire to reduce the size of goverment and taxes, but it is awful easy to get in the beltway mindset of thinking a quick infusion of cash into the economy or to help out the voters in the district before an important election.

In short, they talk a better game than they actually achieve.
