Iys not about land, or money. Its about the one thing that no man should be able to take from another man. The FREEDOM to make choices about his/her life, Where to live, how to live, how he'll raise his family.
We face a man who will take these God given rights away from us. Not from me hes not not from me. there should be no doubt about the price.
any one know who made this speech and when? I'll post the answer later if no one gets it but I feel it applies today as well.
can some explain to me the difference between 9-12 and the tea party group...Until yesterday I hadn't heard of 9-12...well I had but I didn't realize it was trying to be a party or is a party...sorry, may be off topic but I am sure there are others that are as much in the dark as I am. Geez I love this place...I am finding out so much more in politics!
The 912 Group is an educational group dedicated to the education necessary to understand our Constitution and the Freedoms we enjoy.
Longer term goals.
The Tea Party Groups are much more activist involved, more towards shorter term goals. Each compliment the other.
Both are involved, though by the charter of the 912 Group, they cannot endorse candidates.

"The problem with Socialism is that eventually you run out of other people's money." attributed to Margaret Thatcher
"A wise and frugal government, which shall leave men free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned - this is the sum of good government." Thomas Jefferson
We had a meeting two weeks ago, and have been looking for a location to have the next one. The location of the last meeting will be full all this week and we are desperately looking for a place to hold a much larger group, hopefully before the Primary. I am hoping to know more later today. If not possible, then at least maybe the core group can get together later this week. One of us is checking a few possible places today, I am checking with a few others. The response has been incredible and we are seeing an exponential growth possibility as enthusiasm is really spreading. More later today!
Chocolove - Nmysys is right on with his description of the difference between 9-12 and the Tea Party. We are members of both groups and the principles and values of the groups are very similar.
